 Mustafa Alkhasoneh is a distinguished attorney with multifaceted legal expertise, blending a strong foundation in corporate law with a strong focus in US immigration law.  Before Mustafa Alkhasoneh contributed his global expertise to the founding of Komari & Alkhasoneh LLP, he furthered his father’s distinguished legacy by working at Khalil Alkhasoneh, a full-service law firm based in Amman, Jordan.  While in Amman, Mustafa advised corporations and entrepreneurs on transactional matters and corporate issues, such as drafting agreements and counseling on joint ventures in various business areas.  Mustafa also gained extensive experience in assisting financial institutions on securities and corporate matters, including corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and sales transactions.

While at Khalil Alkhasoneh, Mustafa recognized the significance of western jurisprudence on international transactions.  This realization spurred him to expand his legal expertise by relocating and studying law in the United States.  Upon becoming a licensed attorney in New York, Mustafa dedicated his professional focus to US Immigration, with concentrations on investment and employment visas for foreign nationals, including E Visas, Treaty Trader & Treaty Investor Visas, and H1-B Specialty Occupations.  Mustafa also managed preparing L Visa employer petitions for foreign nationals seeking work in American companies, as well as family-based permanent immigration.  Leveraging his prior corporate experience and cultural skills, Mustafa advised high-net-worth foreign nationals on EB-5 petitions, guiding teams in corporate due diligence and fostering compliance with U.S. securities laws at the state and local levels, as set out in the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and regulated by the SEC.
