Biography

Mingyuan (Sunny) Zhang is a first-generation attorney with a distinguished background. Her journey from her homeland in China to the United States, coupled with her unwavering dedication to the legal profession, reflects a unique international perspective.

Ms. Zhang specializes in both commercial and residential real estate litigation. Her practice includes handling landlord-tenant disputes, condo disputes, foreclosures, title disputes, and short sales. Ms. Zhang also possesses extensive experience in real estate transactions, covering purchases and sales, financing, title searches, lease review, draft and negotiation.

While Ms. Zhang was in law school, she was a legal intern for the Hon. Gerald Lebovits at the New York State Supreme Court. Outside the confines of courtrooms and legal documents, Ms. Zhang is a vibrant soul with a passion for K-pop, jazz dance, and hip-hop.
