Lorenzo is an associate attorney duly licensed to practice law in both Italy and New York. In this capacity, he adeptly handles a diverse array of real estate and commercial disputes within local, state, and federal courts, engaging with matters at both the trial and appellate levels. Lorenzo's expertise extends beyond litigation; he is proficient in drafting and reviewing mergers and acquisitions agreements and provides comprehensive legal counsel on business formation, startups, and the establishment of homeowners' associations (HOAs).
Possessing substantial experience in the negotiation, drafting, and review of residential and commercial real estate contracts of sale and associated riders, Lorenzo also plays an active role in closing transactions.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Florence in Italy and holds two LL.M. degrees-from the Catholic University of Milan and the University of Southern California's Gould School of Law, where he was honored with both the Dean's Academic Excellence Award and the Graduate and International Programs Award.
