Lorenzo Rovini is an associate attorney licensed to practice law in both New York and Italy. His practice spans real estate litigation, commercial litigation, corporate law, and estate planning, with experience representing clients in local, state, and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Lorenzo handles complex real estate and commercial disputes, including matters involving contract claims, business conflicts, foreclosure-related issues, and property disputes.
In addition to his litigation practice, Lorenzo advises clients on business formation, startups, mergers and acquisitions, homeowners' associations (HOAs), and corporate governance matters. He is also experienced in drafting and reviewing mergers and acquisitions agreements and other commercial transaction documents.
Lorenzo drafts, reviews, and oversees the execution of comprehensive estate planning documents, including Last Wills and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, and Special Needs Trusts. He also advises clients on asset protection, charitable giving, and estate tax mitigation strategies.
Lorenzo advises U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents on Italian citizenship applications, including matters involving Italian citizenship by descent and related documentation requirements.
Lorenzo earned his Juris Doctor degree summa cum laude from the University of Florence in Italy. He also holds two LL.M. degrees, one from the Catholic University of Milan and one from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received both the Dean's Academic Excellence Award and the Graduate and International Programs Award.
Lorenzo has been selected to the 2026 New York Metro Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.
