Payments & Deposits

Payments versus Retainer Deposits into Escrow

If you are paying for an invoice for work performed or a flat fee payment due currently, please click the button below that says "Make a Payment".  This will deposit the funds into our operating account and cause them to be applied to your outstanding invoice(s).

If you are not looking to make a payment for an outstanding invoice but rather are looking to deposit money into escrow to fund a retainer for future work, please select the button that says "Send Retainer Payment."  This will cause the funds to be deposited into our attorney escrow account, and to be applied to future invoices to be issued in your matter.

If you would prefer to mail a check, you can send payments and retainer deposits to our Floral Park office (99 Tulip Avenue, Suite 408, Floral Park, NY 11001).

You can also contact our office to make arrangements to transmit funds by alternative payment methods, wuch as wire transfer, ACH, Venmo or even a cryptocurrency transfer.
